 X2000 guarantees that the products sold on X2000 are new and 100% genuine. If the product you receive is damaged, faulty or not as described, X2000 is committed to protecting customers with the following return policy and warranty:

Free returns, shipping costs apply.
During the first 3 months of the Warranty, returns are not supported
Product warranty conditions:
 The product is still under warranty.
 The product is not damaged due to use.
 There is evidence to verify the product purchased on X2000.
How to receive a guarantee:
 If the product is damaged within 7 days after receiving the product from the delivery staff, the customer can send the product back to X2000 to be exchanged for a new product.

 If after 7 days from the date X2000 was successfully delivered, the product warranty period is 3 months, you can send the item back to X2000 for warranty, you can contact X2000 for specific support.

How to transfer returned products to X2000:

When a return request is received, you must pack the product in its original condition before receiving the item (including gifts and accessories that come with the main product) and take it to the nearest VNPOST post office for delivery for X2000.

Unfortunately, the X2000 does not currently support home delivery and return.

I. REASONS FOR RECEIVING RETURNS
1. The conditions of the goods meet the return requirements
– The product was delivered with the wrong quantity, information and design compared to the order.

– Products damaged due to manufacturer errors (technical failure, design errors, content errors, hidden/internal errors, differences compared to X2000 published quality standards) or errors during transport (defective, scratched, dirty, cracked, etc.).

2. Customers change their usage requirements:
– X2000 accepts returns due to customers changing their usage requirements, however products accepted for exchange will be based on business policy at the time of customer request.

II. REQUEST FOR PRODUCT RETURN
1. Return conditions:
– This product is not on the X2000 restricted return list
– The product/service has complete accessories (instructions for use, warranty card...) and an accompanying gift (if any).

– The product is not dirty, has no strange smell, no signs of use, or no data (if the product has a storage device).

– The customer still retains the purchase confirmation at XYZ Accessories (order number, purchase invoice, delivery receipt, bank statement...).

2. Time for returns and exchanges
– Unless otherwise stated in the product/service introduction on the X2000 website, the customer has 3 days from the date of receipt to submit a return request.

3. Return costs
– For products returned due to X2000 or supplier error, customers will receive free returns and free shipping to the location listed on the return request form.

– For products returned due to a change in customer use, unless the product introduction stipulates a return fee, the customer will be free to return and will have to pay the shipping cost according to the X2000 shipping policy if you want to send a new item to the requested address.

III. REFUND RULES
1. Refund principle
– The refund method is based on the customer's payment method when making the purchase If possible, X2000 will change the method according to the customer's request.

– Refund when the customer uses a promotional code (coupon): in the special case where X2000 receives a refund when the customer uses a coupon, X2000 will not refund the value of the coupon used by the customer but only Refund the amount of money the customer actually spent when making the purchase.2. Support by priority:

– Customers can use it to directly purchase other products on X2000

– Refund via bank account: 2 – 5 working days.

– Cashback at X2000 stores (not applicable for orders outside Hanoi)

 X2000 does not refund cash for interregional goods: priority is given to refunds by customer bank transfer.

With a request to return a product due to a change in the Customer's needs, X2000 will refund the money to the Customer's card/account or other form. at X2000's discretion.

3. Processing time
– X2000 will send a return request response to the Customer via email or/and SMS within a maximum period of 02 working days from the time X2000 receives the returned product.
